Download American Diabetes Association Alert Day tools and materals you can use on March 23, 2010. Alert Days is a great time to launch Stop Diabetes activites in your community.

Download a template message to include in your newsletters, church bulletins or other communications with your community.
Ideas for Stop Diabetes Community Activities
Organize one of the American Diabetes Association's educational programs in your community.
Organize activities such as walking clubs, healthy cooking demonstrations, or others that send a Stop Diabetes message.
Organize community events that raise awareness about the seriousness of diabetes and people's risk for diabetes. Invite people to share their story about living with diabetes to help give a face to the disease.
