I have had diabetes type 1 since the age of 15. I know the pain, discomfort and fears that a child has to face in fighting this disease. Unfortunately, diabetes will cut short the lives of many people including our children. A lot of them will end up in the future with many undeserved complications. I want to stop diabetes because life is beautiful and everyone deserves to enjoy it for a long time — in a healthy way!
